Brian Evoy-Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Philosophy from the University of Guelph in 1997. He received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario in 2000 and was called to the bar in 2002. He articled and practiced at McCarthy Tetrault in Toronto before returning to London where he has since practiced exclusively in the area of civil litigation.
Brian’s practice is focused upon representing plaintiffs and defendants in motor vehicle and professional negligence personal injury actions. He has handled cases in the Superior Court of Justice and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Brian regularly provides coverage opinions with respect to automobile, CGL and D&O policies.
He is a member of the Middlesex Law Association.
