Trial and Appellate Counsel

Alternate dispute resolution (“ADR”) has changed the practice of law and our lawyers seek the most effective means to the best possible result in every case. This often includes attending private mediations and/or private arbitrations and we have extensive experience in both.

There are times when ADR methods simply do not achieve the results that our clients’ deserve. That is when we put on our robes and go to court. We are, after all, litigation lawyers and we have extensive civil trial and appellate experience. That experience ranges from complex tort and professional negligence actions to relatively straightforward simplified rules and small claims cases.

We devote the same professional approach to all cases.

We act as trial and appellate counsel in the Ontario Superior Court, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal.

We are pleased to accept referrals from lawyers and we will enter into co-counsel arrangements. We understand that lawyers work hard to develop relationships with their clients and we respect those relationships.
