James Allingham

James Allingham was born in Blehheim, Ontario. He earned a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Western Ontario. He articled at McCarthy Tetrault in Toronto before returning to London to practice.
James practices exclusively in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on motor vehicle tort, statutory accident benefit and occupier’s liability cases. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario in both tort and accident benefit cases.
James is a member of the Middlesex Law Association. |
